An artist by trade, I've always used my creativity to paint, draw, decorate, photograph or in any way I could, to add my signature touch to things I enjoyed. I then decided to blend my artistry with my love of cooking to create dishes that not only taste good, but were artistically appealing and pleasing. My mother was a great cook and she taught me how to cook as a child. Her area of expertise was Southern Cuisine, Comfort Food and Soul Food. It wasn't long before I was creating dishes of my own for my mother to taste, using herbs and spices that were tempting her tastebuds and putting a smile on her face. My mother was always willing to try any new dish that I cooked and to give her honest opinion and critiques. As an adult, I catered countless events and parties for friends and family receiving rave reviews from all who attended. I then decided to take my cooking skills to another level and attend culinary school to study and become a personal chef. After graduating, I worked alongside many established Chefs and Caterers to acquire the hands on skills, experience and tricks of the trade needed to become a Chef and Caterer.  


If allowed, I would like to take you on a culinary journey to experience many of the dishes that I create and enjoy making, and to experience some of what I've learned through my many years of cooking and catering foods that everyone loves.  Allow me prepare foods for you that are sure to put a smile on your face!
